credentials.

4. Payments & In-App Purchases: Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform.

5. Intellectual Property: All branding, content, and design elements are owned or licensed by Okanagan

Winery Marketing Experts Inc.

6. Third-Party Content: The Company is not responsible for third-party websites, wineries, or event

platforms featured within the App.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for indirect damages, event cancellations,

inaccurate third-party information, or issues related to alcohol consumption.

8. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse of the

App or violation of applicable laws.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
