About River Stone Estate Winery
The grapes at River Stone Estate Winery are cultivated on their estate vineyard, known as River Rock Vineyards. This meticulously chosen location provides the ideal conditions for vines to flourish, resulting in consistent quality and character in the fruit they produce. Situated on south-facing slopes, the vineyards benefit from soils comprised of rock, sand, and gravel, remnants of the glacial recession that occurred in the region.
To truly immerse oneself in the River Stone Estate Winery story, visitors are invited to partake in a tasting room experience. In this introductory encounter, guests can sample four of the winery's offerings while enjoying the picturesque view of the Tasting Garden or the vineyards. Accompanied by knowledgeable wine ambassadors, attendees will be guided through a selection of big, bold reds, crisp rosés, and aromatic whites, with anecdotes about the winery's history shared along the way. For a more leisurely and immersive experience, guests can opt for the Garden View Seated Tasting. Here, they can relax and be guided through a curated selection of five wines from the winery's portfolio. Positioned in the heart of the tasting garden, participants can bask in the stunning vineyard views while delving into the River Stone story, learning about the wines, winemaking processes, and viticulture.
Don't miss out on the Grab & Graze experience where you can build your own charcuterie board from thoughtfully curated cheeses, cured meats, and artisanal snacks sourced from small producers across British Columbia.
Live music every Saturday afternoon from June through September.
