Founder of Fairview Cellars, Bill Eggert’s dream has been passed on to a new generation of winemakers, Danielle and Dermott Hutton, who are committed to continuing the long tradition of making wine at “from the heart, for the heart”.
They have an emphasis is on Bordeaux varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, as well as Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, and the newly introduced rosé. The winery produces up to 5,000 cases a year of these notable varietals.
The tasting room is located in a beautiful old log cabin, where visitors can experience the passion and commitment of the Fairview Family firsthand. Meet the winemakers, taste the wines, and learn about their heritage. The tasting room is now open seven days a week from 11 am to 4 pm.
