TIME Family of Wines

Types of Wines

TIME Family of Wines is a family-owned and operated winery located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley. The winery was founded in 2013 by the late Harry McWatters, a pioneer in the British Columbia wine industry, and his business partner, Bob Wareham.
TIME Family of Wines is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Okanagan Valley. The winery sources grapes from its own estate vineyards, as well as from select vineyards throughout the region. Their portfolio includes a range of red, white, and rosé wines, as well as sparkling wines and their popular icewine.
One of the unique features of TIME Family of Wines is its commitment to aging its wines before release. The winery has a state-of-the-art underground cellar that allows their wines to age gracefully and develop complex flavors and aromas. TIME Family of Wines believes that this approach results in wines that are more balanced, elegant, and reflective of the Okanagan Valley terroir.
In addition to its winemaking operations, TIME Family of Wines also has a restaurant on its premises called Orolo Restaurant & Cocktail Bar. The restaurant offers a contemporary dining experience with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and a menu that is inspired by the flavors of the Okanagan Valley.
Time Winery has a second location at the District Wine Village in Oliver.
